We all love Amazon Prime and the free shipping both ways and returns for most any reason, etc. Well … Double B is not Amazon … yet.
So what does that mean for you? Please read the below carefully:
Double B only offers returns for manufacturing or printing defects (for the original product price, not including shipping) or for a production errors, shipping errors, etc. If you feel you have a problem like these listed with your order, please email Double B and provide your order number and let us know of your issue. We will work with you to get this resolved.
Any claims must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
We are unable to provide free shipping at this time for that return, so if an item is to be returned for one of the reasons listed above you may be responsible for the return shipping cost. After you contact Double B, we will have you follow the instructions that came with your product on how and where to ship your product back.
Again … Double B does NOT offer exchanges or refunds or returns for any other reason. This means Double B does not offer refunds or exchanges for buyers remorse, or changing your mind, or the size is just not quite right or any reason other than a defect in the product or the printing.
So this may mean getting creative on your end. If the shirt doesn’t quite fit, maybe you give it to a slightly bigger or smaller friend. Maybe you turn it into a quilt … or wear it as pajamas? But it is now yours to enjoy forever 🙂
A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size or for a different product.
